Portable Restrooms
How many portable restrooms do I need for my event?
A general rule is one unit per 50 guests for a standard event lasting a few hours. For larger crowds, longer events, or events with food and alcohol, you will need more. We are happy to help you calculate the right number — just tell us your headcount and event length.
How often are the units serviced?
Standard rentals include weekly servicing where we empty, sanitize, and restock each unit. For longer events or high-traffic sites we can schedule more frequent service visits.
Do you offer hand-wash stations?
Yes. We offer standalone hand-wash stations as add-ons to any rental. These are recommended for public events and job sites.
Can you handle large construction sites and festivals?
Definitely. We service construction sites, festivals, weddings, and municipal projects of any size with flexible delivery schedules and recurring servicing plans.
Septic Services
How often should I pump my septic tank?
Most residential tanks should be pumped every 3 to 5 years depending on household size and usage. Larger households or older systems may need more frequent pumping. If you notice slow drains, gurgling, or odors, it is time to schedule a pump.
What are signs my septic system needs attention?
Watch for slow drains, gurgling pipes, sewage odors, unusually green or soggy patches in the yard, or backups. Any of these can signal a full tank or a failing system — call us right away to avoid costly damage.

Hydro Excavating & Drain Cleaning
What is hydro excavating and why use it?
Hydro excavating uses high-pressure water to break up soil while a vacuum removes the debris. It is a non-destructive way to expose underground utilities safely — far safer than mechanical digging and ideal for tight or sensitive areas.
When should I have my catch basin or drains cleaned?
We recommend annual cleaning for catch basins and storm drains to prevent flooding and blockages. If you notice standing water, slow drainage, or foul odors, schedule a cleaning sooner.
Can our stuff clear sewer lines?
Yes. We use high-pressure water jetting to clear stubborn clogs, grease buildup, and debris from sewer and storm lines. We also offer video inspection to pinpoint the cause and location of the problem.
